Pricing Update (Nov 4th, 2025)

We updated our pricing after introducing new features and restructuring the platform.

We know pricing changes can be frustrating, so we want to keep this simple:

  • All users were notified in advance

  • The new price only applied to future billing

  • You could cancel at any time

If this affected you, we’ve always handled refunds when users reached out.
What started as a 60-day window has since been extended, and we now review refund requests at any time.


Why pricing changed

Soogle v2.0 introduced new features, including AI content, tracking tools, and expanded infrastructure.

These changes significantly increased operating costs (AI APIs, data providers, infrastructure), making the previous pricing unsustainable.

The updated pricing reflects the cost of maintaining and improving the platform.


Transparency (Nov 4th, 2025)

We sent an email in advance explaining the changes, new features, and updated pricing.

We also followed up later to make sure it was seen, and handled refunds for users who reached out.

If something wasn’t clear or didn’t feel right, we’re here to fix it.

Some users replied directly to the announcement email, which helped us handle questions and refunds quickly.

This was the exact email sent to all users before the change.


Why $297/mo

Although Soogle v2.0 is priced at $297/month, the features included would typically cost significantly more if purchased separately.

Included:

  • AI article generation

  • Keyword tracking

  • AI prompt tracking

  • NAP backlinks

  • Backlink monitoring

  • SEO tools and automations

  • Infrastructure and API usage

Can I cancel at anytime?


Yes.

You can cancel from your account settings, via email, or by contacting support.

As described in our Terms & Services, subscription pricing may be updated with advance notice and applied only to future billing cycles.

The Nov 4th, 2025 update followed this approach:

  • Advance notice was provided before the change took effect

  • No retroactive charges were applied

  • Users could cancel at any time before the new pricing applied

We initially handled refunds within a 60-day period, and later extended this approach. Today, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis with no strict time limit.
